RENTING: How do I know what properties Arrow has for rent?
All properties listed for rent are available on our website’s FOR RENT PAGE. If you are not seeing a property that interests you, Follow us on Facebook to stay up to date on future listings.
RENTING: How old do I have to be to rent from Arrow?
Nebraska State law states that anyone 18 years old and older can sign into a legal agreement.
RENTING: How do I apply for a property?
All rental applications are completed electronically through our website. Please click “Apply Now” or “Submit an Application” next to the property you are interested in renting. Provide as much information as you can on your application. All adults (18 years of age or older) applying to live at the property must complete a separate application. The Arrow staff reviews applications in the order they are received.
RENTING: Is there an application fee?
There is an application fee of $40 per person. All adults (18 years of age or older) applying to live at the property must complete a seperate application. If your application is approved, you will be sent an email to the address provided on your application containing a link to complete a background check. A portion of your application fee is applied to the cost of the background check.
RENTING: Do you have to complete a background check as part of the application process?
Yes, background checks are required for all approved applications. All adults (18 years of age or older) living at the property (18 years of age or older) must complete the background check. Background checks review credit, criminal and eviction history. All background checks are conducted by TransUnion Smartmove. A portion of your application fee is applied to the cost of the background check.
RENTING: How long does the background check process take?
Once the background check is complete, TransUnion will send us a recommendation within one business day letting us know if the applicant(s) are approved or denied. Their recommendation is based on credit scores, criminal history and eviction history.
RENTING: How much is the deposit for the unit I am applying to rent?
It is our company’s policy that the security deposit is the same amount as a full month’s rent. Your security deposit is due at the time of signing a lease. Security deposits will be pay via Obligo.
RENTING: HOW WILL I PAY MY SECURITY DEPOSIT?
After a tenant application has been approved, you will receive an email from our staff with further instructions including how to pay your security deposit. All security deposits will be paid via Obligo.

RENTING: Do you allow pets?
Some properties allow certain pets. Properties that allow pets usually require an additional fee monthly fee. Use the filter provided to guide your property search.
RENTING: Do you accept LHA/Section 8 Housing?
Most of our rental properties accept LHA/Section 8 Housing assistance.
